This 2 hour 30 minute workshop will focus on the 3 most utilized breathing techniques, and their benefits for everyday use.
The workshop will explore the fundamentals and process of conscious breathing. Through education and practice, you will learn the most effective breathing techniques, and how the combination of breath and sound can elicit the body’s relaxation response to counterbalance stress.
